This is a great brush set for both beginners and professionals. I found the brushes to be high quality, and the red pouch gave the set more of a trendy vibe. I found these to be nice brushes for the price. I ordered 3 sets. 1 for myself, 2 for stocking stuffers for friends. Other reviews said they smelled bad, I did not find that at all. 5. Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?

Yes, we can. Any import fees applied to the package are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay the fees to retrieve the package from their post office. If the package is not retrieved, the package will be returned to our offices and the customer will be notified. The customer can request us to initial one more shipment and if not, the client would be refunded on the product but less the shipping cost we shipped the item.
