Yes. We offer worldwide shipping and can ship to most global destinations.
2. How long after I place my order will my package ship?
Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. * Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. *This processing time does not apply during peak seasons including promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order and be aware of any delays due to customs and the postal service that may impact delivery times.
3. How long does it take for my package to arrive?

5. Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?
Yes, we can. Any import fees applied to the package are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay the fees to retrieve the package from their post office. If the package is not retrieved, the package will be returned to our offices and the customer will be notified. The customer can request us to initial one more shipment and if not, the client would be refunded on the product but less the shipping cost we shipped the item.
6. Do you offer shipping insurance?
We do not offer shipping insurance at this time.
7. How much will shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the total order amount. We offer free shipping on orders over $79. The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
1. How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, first select the products that you would like to purchase by clicking on the product and then clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. Once all of the products that you would like to purchase have been added to your cart, you may proceed to checkout by clicking the 'Checkout' button. You will then be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. When you have finished entering your information, you can complete your order by clicking 'Place Order'
2. What should I do if I am unable to place an order?
If you are unable to place an order, we suggest that you clear your browsing history, as well as your cookies and please try again. If this step has not solved the issue, please e-mail customer service at: service@wondefulmakeup.com for further assistance.
3. How do I redeem my coupon code or reward points?
To redeem a coupon code or reward points, please add the favorite items into shopping cart. There will be a place in the shopping cart page for you to apply any discount code or reward points.

You will be redirected to PayPal website when you place an order.
If you have a paypal account, you can log in your account and pay with it.
If you don't have paypal account, it doesn't matter. You can also pay via paypal with you credit card or bank debit card.

PRODUCT AND COMPANY QUESTIONS
WASH - Wet brush head with warm water and work a small amount of cleanser into bristles. Use the Brush Cleaning Glove to thoroughly wash brush until fully clean. Rinse brush and squeeze out any excess water.
SHAPE - Place your clean, damp brushes into the Dry'n Shape using the smallest band the brush will fit into, making sure that all bristles are firmly compressed.
DRY - After 4 to 6 hours, your brushes will be completely dry and reshaped to their original form - guaranteed!
